{"Header":{"Title":"WeatherForecastDaily","Description":"Daily weather forecast for every geographic regions in Thailand.","Uri":"https://data.tmd.go.th/api/WeatherForecastDaily/V1","LastBuiltDate":"27/9/2022 19:31:02","CopyRight":"Thai Meteorology Department 2015","Generator":"TMDData_API services"},"DailyForecast":{"Date":"27/9/2022","DescTh":"พยากรณ์อากาศ 24 ชั่วโมงข้างหน้า ร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลางตอนบน และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ประกอบกับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ภาคใต้ และอ่าวไทย มีกำลังแรงขึ้น ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกชุกหนาแน่นและมีฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากกับมีลมกระโชก\r\nบางแห่งในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลาง รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มในระยะนี้  \r\n สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังแรงขึ้น โดยทะเลอันดามันตอนบนและอ่าวไทยตอนบนทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 2 – 3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ขอให้ชาวเรือเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวัง และหลีกเลี่ยงบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง เรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยตอนบน ควรงดออกจากฝั่งจนถึงวันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2565\r\nอนึ่ง พายุไต้ฝุ่น “โนรู” บริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ตอนกลาง มีศูนย์กลางอยู่ทางทิศตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ประมาณ 240 กิโลเมตร ของเมืองฮอยอัน ประเทศเวียดนาม พายุนี้กำลังเคลื่อนตัวทางทิศตะวันตก คาดว่าจะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนกลางในวันพรุ่งนี้ (28 ก.ย. 65) และจะอ่อนกำลังลงเป็นพายุโซนร้อนเคลื่อนผ่านประเทศลาวตอนล่างและเข้าปกคลุมภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างของประเทศไทยบริเวณจังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ และอุบลราชธานีในวันที่ 29 ก.ย. 65 หลังจากนั้นจะอ่อนกำลังลงเป็นพายุดีเปรสชัน และหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงตามลำดับ\r\n","DescEng":"The monsoon trough lies across the lower North, the upper Central and the lower Northeast regions while the southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf will become stronger.
