Meanwhile, the low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam and lower China. Thundershowers remain in the country, and isolated heavy rains are forecast for the Northeast and the East. People should beware of the severe condition. \r\nThe wind forces the waves in the  upper Andaman Sea 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Gulf, the waves are about 1 meter high and in thundershowers above 1 meters high.
