Meanwhile, the low-pressure cell covers upper Vietnam and lower China. Thundershowers remain in the country. Isolated heavy rain is likely in the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast). People should beware of the severe condition.\r\nThe wind and the waves in the  Andaman Sea are 1-2 meters high and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. In the Gulf, the waves are about 1 meter high and in thundershowers above 1 meters high.
