{"Header":{"Title":"WeatherForecastDaily","Description":"Daily weather forecast for every geographic regions in Thailand.","Uri":"https://data.tmd.go.th/api/WeatherForecastDaily/V1","LastBuiltDate":"22/2/2022 5:31:01","CopyRight":"Thai Meteorology Department 2015","Generator":"TMDData_API services"},"DailyForecast":{"Date":"22/2/2022","DescTh":"พยากรณ์อากาศ 24 ชั่วโมงข้างหน้า บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นจากประเทศจีนปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน และทะเลจีนใต้ ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้บริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนมีฝนลดลง และมีอากาศเย็นในตอนเช้า โดยในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีอากาศเย็นถึงหนาว ส่วนภาคอื่นๆมีอากาศเย็น ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณประเทศไทยตอนบนดูแลรักษาสุขภาพเนื่องจากสภาพอากาศที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไว้ด้วย \r\nสำหรับลมตะวันออกที่พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทยและภาคใต้มีกำลังแรงขึ้น ทำให้ภาคใต้มีฝนฟ้าคะนองบางแห่งเกิดขึ้นได้ในระยะนี้\r\nอนึ่ง ในช่วงวันที่ 23 – 27 ก.พ. 65  บริเวณความกดอากาศสูงหรือมวลอากาศเย็นกำลังค่อนข้างแรงจากประเทศจีนอีกระลอกหนึ่งจะแผ่ปกคลุมประเทศไทยตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้จะทำให้ประเทศไทยตอนบนมีอุณหภูมิลดลง โดยในภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือมีอากาศเย็นถึงหนาว ส่วนภาคกลาง ภาคตะวันออก รวมทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล มีอากาศเย็นในตอนเช้า สำหรับลมตะวันออกที่พัดปกคลุมอ่าวไทยและภาคใต้จะมีกำลังแรงขึ้น ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณเกาะบอร์เนียวเคลื่อนเข้าปกคลุมบริเวณประเทศมาเลเซีย ทำให้ภาคใต้ตอนล่างมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น กับมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง ส่วนคลื่นลมบริเวณอ่าวไทยจะมีกำลังแรงขึ้น โดยอ่าวไทยตอนล่างมีคลื่นสูง 2-3 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 3 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนบริเวณภาคใต้ระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักและฝนตกสะสมที่จะเกิดขึ้นไว้ด้วย และชาวเรือควรเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการเดินเรือและหลีกเลี่ยงบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนอง ส่วนเรือเล็กควรงดออกจากฝั่ง\r\n","DescEng":"The high pressure-system from China extend to covers the upper Thailand and the South China Sea cause decreasing rain and morning cool in this areas. The easterly wind that prevails over the Gulf and the South will strengthen while the low-pressure cell over Borneo will move through Malaysia. More rain and isolated heavy rains are likely in the lower South. The wind wave in the Gulf of Thailand will be stronger. In the lower Gulf of Thailand, wave height is likely 2 - 3 meters and above 3 meters in thundershower areas. people in the South should beware of heavy rain and its accumulation.
