Decreasing temperatures by 1-2 degrees are expected in the area and forces the northeast monsoon stronger across Thailand. The wind rises waves in the Gulf of Thailand up about 2 meters high. \r\nUpper Thailand is cool to cold with morning fog and isolated thick patches. During the day, the sky is clear and sunny. The plains of the North and the Northeast have minimum temperatures in range of 14-20 degrees Celsius. Mountaintops are cold to very cold with minimum temperatures in range of 4-13 degrees Celsius, and frost is possible in some part of the mountain. In the South, rainfall decreases.
