The easterly wind prevails across the Gulf of Thailand.\r\nIn upper Thailand cool to cold weather with fair sky during the day. The minimum temperatures range 14-22 °C, and the mountaintops are cold to very cold with the minimum temperatures in range of 4-13 °C. Less rain is forecast for in the South.
