The easterly wind prevails across the Gulf of Thailand.\r\nIn upper Thailand, there remains a decrease in temperature by 1-2 °C and cool to cold weather with fair sky during the day. \r\nThe minimum temperatures range 12-22 °C, and the mountaintops are cold to very cold with the minimum temperatures in range of \r\n3-12 °C. Isolated thundershower is forecast for the South. All transport in the upper country should proceed with caution in foggy areas. During 27-29 December 2019, another moderate high pressure will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea with decreasing temperature \r\nin the areas.\r\nThe category 5 (typhoon) “PHANFONE” over the Philippines will move to the South China Sea during 26-28 December 2019.
