The easterly wind prevails across the Gulf of Thailand.\r\nIn upper Thailand, there remains a decrease in temperature by 1-2 °C and cool to cold weather with fair sky during the day. The minimum temperatures range 12-22 °C, and the mountaintops are cold to very cold with the minimum temperatures in range of 3-12 °C. Isolated thundershower is forecast for the South. All transport in the upper country should proceed with caution in foggy areas. During 27-29 December 2019, another moderate high pressure will extend to upper Thailand and the South China Sea with decreasing temperature in the areas.\r\nThe tropical storm PHANFONE over the Philippines will move to the South China Sea.
