Morning cool with light fog will be likely in the area while fair sky and sunny weather is forecast during the day. The North and the Northeast plains have the minimum temperature 16-22 degrees Celsius and on mountaintops are cold to very cold with minimum temperature 4-11 degrees Celsius. People stay safe and keep healthy. \r\nThe strong northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf of Thailand. The lower south still has heavy to very heavy rain in some areas. People in the South east coast should beware of the accumulated rainfall. In the upper Gulf of Thailand from Surat Thani upward, the waves are 1-2 meters high, in the lower Gulf from Nakhon Si Thammarat downward about 2 meters high, and in thundershowers more than 3 meters high. People along the South east coast should beware of inshore surges. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.\r\nAnother strong high-pressure system over Southern China is forecast to cover the upper Northeast of Thailand by tomorrow (2 December). Cool to cold with windy conditions will be likely by temperatures decreasing by 5-10 degrees Celsius in the north and northeast. The Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East, will be cool and windy while the temperatures will decrease by 4-6 degrees Celsius.
