Consist rain with isolated heavy rain are likely in the North and the Northeast while isolated thundershower in the rest region. People in the risk areas of the North and the Northeast should beware of severe conditions. The stronger wind and waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf while above 3 meters high in thundershower areas. All ships take more caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boats keep ashore until 6 August 2019.\r\n                    The tropical storm “WIPHA” located at Hainan, China. Tihis storm is forecast to make landfall over upper Vietnam on 2 August. More rain will be likely with torrential downpour over the country by impact for the Northeast and the North. People should beware of severe conditions that may cause flash flood including landslides and stay tuned for the weather update.
