The weak northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South.  In the upper country, day hot spells will be likely while the North and the upper Northeast still get cool to cold spells in the morning with patchy fog. More, outbreaks of thundershowers will be possible for the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South regions. All transports in the North should take extra caution.   \r\nThe rather strong high-pressure system from China extend to the south of China and the upper Vietnam. Expected, it will cover the Northeastern region of Thailand today(10 Febuary), and will exthend to cover the Central and the East. It will cover upper Thailand until 13 February.
