The weak northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South.  In the upper country, day hot spells will be likely while the North and the upper Northeast still get cool to cold spells in the morning with patchy fog. More, outbreaks of thundershowers will be possible for the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South regions. All transports in the North should take extra caution.   \r\nFrom 10 to 13 February, another high-pressure system from China will extend to upper Thailand with outbreaks of thundershowers and gusty winds.
