In addition, the moderate northeasterly wind across the Gulf of Thailand bring about isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the areas. People should beware of severe conditions. The moderate wind waves are likely about 2 meters high in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea. All ships should proceed with caution lasting 22 November. A reduction of rainfalls is forecast for the North, the Northeast, the Central and the East regions while the upper North and the upper Northeast are cool in the morning due to the weak high-pressure system over the upper North, the upper Northeast and the South China Sea.\r\nDuring 22-24 November, another high pressure system will extend to the upper half of the country and the South China Sea. Isolated thundershowers with a cool spell and strong winds will be likely over the areas.
