In the South, there will be more rains forecast with isolated torrential downpours that may cause a possible flash flood. The strong wind waves in the Gulf are likely with 2-3 meters high and more than 3 meters in thundershower areas. All ships of both seas should proceed with caution while small boats in the Gulf keep ashore lasting 10 November. \r\n  The weak high-pressure system covers the North and the Northeast leading to rising temperatures and morning fog with isolated thick patches. There remains the cool condition likely in the North while outbreaks of thundershowers will be possible for the lower Northeast, the East and the lower Central regions including Bangkok and its vicinity.
