The easterly winds bring humidity from China Sea and the Gulf of Thailand cover Thailand. Cool to cold weather, morning fog and thick patches in some place with light rain are likely over the upper country. People in upper Thailand should beware of poor visibility.  \r\nDuring 12-14 Feb, the strong high pressure from China will extend to upper Thailand causes cool to cold and a decrease in temperature by 2-4 °C in the upper country.
