Isolated rain is likely in upper Thailand while morning cool and fog remains in the North, the Northeast and the Central. The northeast monsoon prevailing the Gulf and the lower South is weakening. Isolated rain is likely in the South and the wind waves in the lower Gulf is weakening. \r\nAnother strong high pressure from middle China will cover the Northeast of Thailand by 16 December. All those will then cover the North, the Central including and its vicinity, and the East. The temperature will decrease by 4-6 °C in the area and the wind are expected strong with cool spells.
