Outbreaks of continuous rain are likely with torrential rain much of the lower South. Residents should beware of possible flash flood and inshore surge. The strong wind waves are likely  2-3 meters high in both seas of the South. All ships proceed with caution, and small boats in the Gulf of Thailand keep ashore. In the upper country, there remains cool spell but a rise in temperature leading to morning fog. People stay safe, keep healthy and drive vehicle carefully.\r\nAnother high-pressure system from middle China will cover the Northeast of Thailand by 1 December. The temperature will decrease by 2-4 °C in the area and the wind is expected strong with cool spells.
