The North, the Central including Bangkok and its vicinity, and the East will perceive isolated rain before a decrease in temperature by 1-3 °C.  \r\nThe monsoon trough lies across the lower South to the low-pressure cell in the lower South China Sea. The northeast monsoon over Thailand affects the lower South isolated heavy falls.\r\nTropical storm SAOLA in the Pacific tend to move to Japan during 28-29 October.
