It is forecast downgraded to the tropical depression cover Laos and the upper Northeast of Thailand and to become a low pressure covering the upper North of Thailand. The strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand. More rain is likely over Thailand with isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the North, the Northeast, the East, and the South including Bangkok Metropolis and its vicinity. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the Gulf. \r\n     During 18 - 21 Sep, the monsoon trough will lie across the North, the Central and the Northeast. The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand will weaken.
