More rain, with torrential downpour, is likely in the North, the Northeast, the Central, the East and the South (west coast). The wind leads waves up to about 2 meters high in the Andaman Sea. During 30 Aug-1 Sep, the trough will lie across the upper North and the Northeast while the southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea and the South will weaken. Less rain is likely in the overall country, and the wind waves are expected 1-2 meters in the Andaman Sea.\r\n       Tropical storm “PAKHAR” over Luzon of the Philippines will move through Hainan, China to upper Vietnam during 27-28 Aug.
