ในช่วงวันที่ 24-29 ส.ค. ประเทศไทยจะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่งในภาคเหนือ ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคกลางรามทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก สำหรับทะเลอันดามันมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร\r\n
ลักษณะสำคัญทางอุตุนิยมวิทยา ในช่วงวันที่ 24-25 ส.ค. ร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านตอนบนของภาคเหนือและภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ส่วนในช่วงวันที่ 26-29 ส.ค. ร่องมรสุมได้เลื่อนลงมาพาดผ่านภาคเหนือตอนล่าง ภาคกลาง และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สำหรับมรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามันและภาคใต้จะมีกำลังแรงตลอดช่วง ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยจะมีฝนเพิ่มขึ้น และมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันมีกำลังปานกลาง\r\n
อนึ่ง พายุไต้ฝุ่น “ฮาโตะ” (HATO) บริเวณชายฝั่งเกาะฮ่องกง คาดว่าจะเคลื่อนขึ้นฝั่งบริเวณตอนใต้ของมณฑลกวางตุ้ง ประเทศจีนในบ่ายวันนี้ (23 ส.ค.60) โดยจะอ่อนกำลังลงเป็นพายุโซนร้อน พายุดีเปรสชัน และหย่อมกดอากาศต่ำกำลังแรงตามลำดับ บริเวณประเทศจีนตอนใต้เหนือประเทศลาวและเวียดนามตอนบนในวันที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2560 ขอให้ผู้ที่จะเดินทางไปบริเวณดังกล่าวตรวจสอบสภาพอากาศก่อนออกเดินทางด้วย\r\n","WeatherDescEng":"
