During 3 - 7 Aug, the monsoon through will lie across the upper North and the Northeast while the strong southwest monsoon still over Thailand. More rain and isolated heavy rain are expected in the East, and the South(west-coast). \r\n                           The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the Andaman Sea and the upper Gulf of Thailand throughout the period.\r\n                           Typhoon “NORU” over the Pacific Ocean is expected to move toward Japan during 4-7 August 2017.
