It is expected to cover the Northeast of Thailand by tomorrow (27 December 2016). Outbreaks of cold spells, as well as windy days, are likely with a decrease by 5-7 °C. People in the upper Thailand should take care of your health and keep warm due to the change of weather conditions.  \r\nThe strong northeast monsoon prevails over the Gulf and the South. More rain with some heavy will be expected in the lower South. The strong winds lead to high waves up to 2-3 meters in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during 28-31 December 2016.  \r\nTyphoon “NOCK-TEN” over the Philippine expected it will move to the middle South China Sea during 26-27 Dec, 2016 then this storm will downgrade to tropical storm, tropical depression and low pressure cell.
