But still cool in the North and Northeast. The northeast monsoon prevails across the Gulf and the South of the country is weakening. This cause the lower South is rain decrease. \r\nDuring 27-30 December, another high pressure will extend to the upper country while the monsoon will intensify. Outbreaks of cold spells, as well as windy days, are likely with a decrease by 3-5 °C while more rain with some heavy will be expected in the lower South. The strong winds lead to high waves up to 2-3 meters in the Gulf.
