The northeast monsoon across the Gulf and Thailand will gain strength. Outbreaks of persistent cool to cold spells by decreasing of 1-2 °C in the Northeast, as well as patchy of fog in the morning, remain in the upper country while Bangkok and its vicinity stays cool and mist in the morning. All transport should proceed with caution in areas of patchy fog. Rain spells will be likely in the South. The strong wind waves are expected 2-3 meters high in the Gulf. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore during this period.\r\nDuring 15-16 December, The active low over coastal of lower Vietnams moves to the Gulf and the lower South and possibly loses its strength.
