The active low over the coast of lower Vietnam tend to move west to Cambodia during 13-14 December. Another high pressure system will extend to upper Thailand from China during 15-18 December, and the northeast monsoon will gain strength across the Gulf. \r\nIn spite of slight rise in temperature, outbreaks of persistent cool to cold spells, as well as many patchy of fog in the morning, remain in the upper country while Bangkok and its vicinity stays cool and mist in the morning. All transport should proceed with caution in areas of patchy fog. A reduction of rain spells will be likely in the South.\r\nDuring 13-14 December, outbreaks of thundershowers will be likely in the lower Northeast and the East.
