Temperature increases is expected with morning fog and dense fog in some areas. The moderate northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South is weakened. The northeast monsoon prevailing over the Gulf and the South will strengthen. The active low pressure cell over lower South China Sea will stronger and move to Tip of Indochina.
