Temperature decreases by 2-4 degree Celsius. \r\nDuring 27 Nov – 1 Dec, another moderate high pressure from China will extend to the country with a decrease by 2-4 degree Celsius. The northeast monsoon over the Gulf and the South will strengthen with wind waves 2-3 meters high. Outbreaks of persistent rain spell are forecast for the South throughout the period. \r\nTropical storm “TOKAGE” over the middle Philippines will move to the South China Sea. It is forecast to move to the head of the Philippines in 28 Nov., and will decline respectively to a tropical depression, a low pressure cell and dissipation.
