Torrential rain is still likely over the South west coast and the East with heavy rain in some parts of provinces: Chanthaburi, Trat, Ranong, Phangnga and Phuket. The Andaman gets rough sea 2-3 meters high. All ships should proceed with caution lasting 24 October. Reduction of rain is likely in the North, the Northeast and the Central while Bangkok and its vicinity still have outbreaks of rain mostly in the afternoon to evening. \r\nAt 01.00 pm.
