During 14-17 Oct, The strong high pressure covers upper Thailand, and the monsoon trough lies across the lower Central, the East and the upper South while low pressure cell cover Tonkin Bay. More rain is expected in the North and the Northeast while abundant rain will be likely with isolated heavy to very heavy rain in the Central, the East, the South west coast and Bangkok and its vicinity. \r\n         The southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand.
