During 24-28 Sep, the weakening high pressure forces the monsoon trough shifting across the North and the upper Northeast while the southwest monsoon remains strong.  During 22-23 Sep, abundant rain will be likely much of the lower Central, the East and the lower Northeast. Very heavy rain is forecast in some places of the lower Central and the upper South. The strong wind waves are likely 2-3 meters high in the upper Andaman Sea.
