The southwest monsoon over the Andaman Sea, the South and the Gulf of Thailand becomes strong. Abundant rain, with heavy, is likely much of the country while the Central have isolated very heavy rain, as well as the strong wind waves likely 2 - 3 meters high. During 24-27 Sep, the weaker high pressure forces the weakness of monsoon trough shifting across the North and the upper Northeast while the southwest monsoon remains strong. These cause continuous rain likely over the North and the Northeast whereas the lower Central and the East have less rain, with the moderate wind waves of both seas.
